Step 1 – Open the Google Admin console after logging into your G Suite account with your admin credentials and click on Confirm to delete G Suite account.
Step 2 – Click on ‘Users’ to manage the account you are deleting.
Step 3 – Search for the user’s account that you intend to delete. On the right side of the name you’re deleting, click on ‘More’.
Step 4 – After that, you have to click on the Delete User option.

Step 6 – Enter the email ID of the person you want to receive the data and click on the ‘Delete’ option.
