By default, emails visible on the first page are selected; but, if you wish to recover all lost emails, select all conversations.

Step 1: Go to the Trash Folder/ Bin on the left side of the page.
Step 2: Search for deleted emails from the Trash Folder.

Let’s not take a look at the third method that can be applied to recover the emails via Admin Console.
Another way to retrieve permanently lost emails is to contact the Gmail Support Team and insist they recover the deleted emails.
However, this approach is not completely accurate. It is more effective if Gmail accounts are being attacked. Follow the mentioned steps-
Step 1. Sign in to your Gmail account and open the following form.
Step 2. Fill out the form by entering all the required information.
Step 3. Click on the Submit option.
